small win: fatigue stopped being a problem at week 6
Been lurking in c/progresspics for about 10 months and finally have something worth posting.
Short version: week 55, 15mg, and heart rate is the bit I still cannot get a straight answer on. I have read the wiki, I have read the last 13 threads, and the answers split roughly down the middle.
What I actually want to know is whether the people saying it does not matter have measured it, or whether it is just repeated confidently. Happy to be told I am overthinking this — I probably am — but I would rather overthink it now than at week 61.
best — the order this archive was captured in
Water content matters more than people think. If a vial is carrying residual moisture, your "10mg" is not 10mg of peptide.
Small correction: the trial was 19 weeks, not 26. Does not change your point but people will quote it.
That is net peptide content, not purity. Different number, different meaning.
The reflux was genuinely awful for three weeks and then simply stopped. Week 80 me did not think I would make it to week 13.

Yeah, the injection-site soreness hit on day 19 for me too, not day 1.
How many weeks in are you? 21 weeks is noise, 21 weeks is a trend.
No. This is the kind of confident post that gets copied into a screenshot and repeated for years. Where is the evidence.
My the food-noise thing was worst at 0.5mg and better at 10mg, which makes no sense but it is real.
The reflux was genuinely awful for three weeks and then simply stopped.
Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.
week 13 and the nausea is finally getting better
Yeah, the early fullness hit on day 22 for me too, not day 1.
Strongly agree. Describe your dose, your week number, and your titration speed or nobody can help.
How many weeks in are you? 16 weeks is noise, 36 weeks is a trend.
How many weeks in are you?
Disagree on that part. 97.4% and 98.9% on the same vial is normal.
constipation is real, boring, and fixable
week 63 and the sulphur burps is finally getting better
the food-noise thing stops around week 57 for most people
hair loss is real and usually reversible when you stabilize

ask your actual doctor, not us
I am going to push back on this slightly.
early fullness at 10mg is different from 12.5mg
resting heart rate moved up 13 bpm and settled back down when I stopped escalating
nausea on day 2 is normal, nausea after week 38 is worth checking
the food-noise thing stops around week 91 for most people
Same experience. Week 45 and it simply stopped. I know that is not useful information but it is what happened.
the nausea passes. i promise. not medical advice.
severe abdominal pain is an urgent-care question, not a forum question
