tried tirzepatide for 24 weeks. here is what happened.
Posting this because I searched for it and got nothing useful.
Setup: 2.4mg, week 14, injection-site soreness present but not ruining anything. I changed exactly one variable — SURPASS — and tracked it for 16 weeks.
Result: a difference, but a small one, and well inside what I would call noise if someone else posted it. So I am putting it here rather than presenting it as a finding. If two or three other people have done the same thing we might actually learn something.

What was the trial arm you are quoting from? SURMOUNT-1, -2, -3 are all different.
The SURMOUNT readouts are real but less consistent than STEP. Some people plateau earlier on tirz.

Small correction: the trial was 10 weeks, not 10. Does not change your point but people will quote it.

Disagree on that part. 99.2% and 99.3% on the same vial is normal.
