Genuinely asking, not being difficult. Everyone in c/semaglutide repeats that dual agonist is important. I believe it, but I have never seen anyone show why, and when I search I get 2 threads of people agreeing with each other. Is there a paper? Is there a measurement? Or is this one of those things that is true…

The dual agonism story is real. The appetite is physically different from semaglutide alone.

Week 48 on Mounjaro and 41kg down. The appetite reduction feels different from sema in ways I do not have words for yet.
