titration speed is Wegovy plus side effects, period

Disagree but this is the good kind of wrong — it is specific enough to be checked.

is this normal week 18 — yes, probably

Rodent data is rodent data. Dose scaling is not linear and the models tell you what to investigate, not what to expect.

My early fullness was worst at 2.5mg and better at 2.4mg, which makes no sense and I have stopped trying to explain it.

I did the fast version. 10mg to 0.25mg in 24 weeks. Spent a weekend learning why the schedule exists.

This matches my experience almost exactly on the Ozempic pens. The titration is the whole point.

no question too basic, read the wiki first, then ask anyway

I did the fast version. 15mg to 1.0mg in 17 weeks. Spent a weekend learning why the schedule exists.

the 93.7% result confirmed the vendor claim, that is the signal

Pens or research vials?

Yeah, showing the arithmetic is the fastest way for someone to spot the error.

This is the "correlation is mechanism" thing again. You changed three variables at once.

comment on my ApoB moved and I cannot work out whether purity is why in c/labresults · -35 points · 11 months ago

inter-lab variance is real, 13 points is inside normal

comment on [Discussion] we are measuring discontinuation at the wrong time and calling it noise in c/tapering · 47 points · 12 months ago

regain on taper is expected, plan for it

comment on switched from 5mg to 2.5mg and the sulphur burps got better, not worse in c/newbiequestions · 46 points · 1 year ago

Strongly agree.

Disagree on that part. 93.7% and 99.3% on the same vial is normal.

nope, 0.25 counts, it is just not the dose most people stay on

The confident tone is doing a lot of work that the evidence is not.

Did you time the injection consistently each week or was it more ad hoc?

Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.
