comment on [Discussion] food noise is doing more work than we give it credit for in c/semaglutide · 462 points · 10 months ago
Mechanistically the bit that matters is titration. It explains most of the early profile and a decent chunk of the outcome.
comment on [PSA] order records is not what most of this community thinks it is in c/vendorvetting · 90 points · 10 months ago
Flair changed to match the content.
Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.
comment on small win: titration stopped being a problem at week 41 in c/semaglutide · 78 points · 10 months ago
Kept a public log for 37 weeks. The comments are what kept it going, honestly. Accountability from strangers works.
comment on small win: VendorInvestigate stopped being a problem at week 55 in c/vendorvetting · 3 points · 11 months ago
Batch number? Date? Method? Give us the load-bearing fields.
comment on [Discussion] the plateau advice in here is 15 years out of date in c/semaglutide · 39 points · 11 months ago
Slight fix: the number was 98.7, not 98.6. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.
comment on switched from 0.25mg to 15mg and the sulphur burps got better, not worse in c/researchpeptides · 17 points · 11 months ago
You have restated the marketing copy. What is the actual substance here.
comment on unpopular opinion: personal import is massively overrated in c/customs · 1 points · 11 months ago
The muscle cramps was genuinely awful for three weeks and then simply stopped. I know that is not useful information, but it is what happened.
comment on unpopular opinion: personal import is massively overrated in c/customs · 21 points · 11 months ago
This is correct.
Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 27 weeks to accept.
comment on [Question] how do you actually verify special authorization in c/glp1canada · 1 points · 11 months ago
private plans vary by employer
comment on why does nobody talk about VendorInvestigate in c/vendorvetting · 171 points · 11 months ago
First order from ERP was great, second one had a different batch and tested lower. The vendor retested and credited me. Logged it here.
comment on [Vendor] WXT order #17 — Germany, 9 days, no drama, receipts inside in c/glp1science · 69 points · 1 year ago
Strongly agree. Central appetite is real but people overstate it.
comment on help me understand plateau, I have read the wiki twice in c/semaglutide · 18 points · 1 year ago
week 76 and i am still not at maintenance, do not rush the ladder
comment on does mechanism actually matter or is it forum lore at this point in c/glp1science · 10 points · 1 year ago
comment on [Discussion] can we stop arguing about PeptideMeter until somebody posts a number in c/vendorvetting · 248 points · 1 year ago
Order date, product, and result, in that order please?
comment on genuine question about titration that I am slightly embarrassed to ask in c/semaglutide · 114 points · 1 year ago
the sulphur burps passes.
Adding to this: food noise is doing more work than the comment implies.
comment on week 11 check-in — 47kg down, the food-noise thing manageable, one thing confusing me in c/vendorvetting · 393 points · 1 year ago
Water content matters more than people think. If a vial is carrying residual moisture, your "10mg" is not 10mg of peptide.
comment on [Vendor] KP vs BCH on the same compound, same month, one test each in c/semaglutide · 305 points · 1 year ago
Sceptical. If this were true we would see it reflected in the data and we do not.
comment on [Discussion] the vendor advice in here is 9 years out of date in c/vendorvetting · 197 points · 1 year ago
Yeah, TFC took 10 days and the material was flawless. Both of those things are true.
comment on reship — my 22-week log, condensed into one table in c/vendorvetting · 12 points · 1 year ago
order date, product, and what was tested. that is the template.
comment on the Ozempic thing finally clicked for me and I want to write it down in c/semaglutide · 92 points · 1 year ago
Inter-lab variance on this kind of assay is routinely 1–2 points. Different column, different gradient, different integration.
