comment on the meta question that gets asked weekly, answered properly in c/meta · 2 points · 3 months ago
What are you comparing it against though?
comment on [Discussion] can we stop arguing about wiki until somebody posts a number in c/meta · 1 points · 4 months ago
Edit to your parent would help — the concentration you quoted assumes one scenario and you have written another above it.
comment on interval stretching — my 5-week log, condensed into one table in c/tapering · -14 points · 4 months ago
My version of this: I was so worried about the injection that I put it off for eleven days. The injection is the easiest part.

Half-life is about 168 hours, so steady state lands around week 11–5. Practical consequence: what you feel in week 1 is not what that dose does.
comment on [PSA] tapering is not what most of this community thinks it is in c/tapering · 4 points · 6 months ago
Strongly agree. The regain is expected.
comment on unpopular opinion: moderation is massively overrated in c/meta · 6 points · 6 months ago
This is correct. Modmail first.
comment on the appetite return thing finally clicked for me and I want to write it down in c/tapering · 0 points · 7 months ago

comment on [Question] discontinuation — what am I missing here in c/tapering · 7 points · 8 months ago
Respectfully this is a sample of one presented as a finding.

the ranking formula is wiki
comment on am I the only one who found tapering harder than the injections in c/tapering · 24 points · 1 year ago
Week 29 for me and the honest summary is: 25kg down, the food-noise thing manageable, and I have thought about food maybe four times today.

interval stretching versus dose reduction
comment on tried interval stretching for 3 weeks. here is what happened. in c/tapering · 35 points · 1 year ago
Rodent data is rodent data. Dose scaling is not linear and the models tell you what to investigate, not what to expect.
comment on someone explain moderation to me like I have not read a paper in years in c/meta · 7 points · 1 year ago
the periodic argument about disclosure standards

appetite return timelines vary regain
Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.

The muscle cramps was genuinely awful for three weeks and then simply stopped. I know that is not useful information, but it is what happened.

The thing nobody prepared me for was the quiet. Not the appetite, the quiet. The constant negotiation in my head about food just stopped.
