Customs clearance took 10 days. Package sat unrefrigerated during that. Powder tested clean after, reconstituted solution probably would not have.

REDEFINE phase 16 readouts are interesting but 16 person REDEFINE is different from 16 trial REDEFINE.

The satiety on amylin analogs is described as physically different. GLP-1 reduces appetite noise, amylin does co-agonism.

The practical rule people converge on is 28 days at fridge temperature after first puncture, and that comes from the preservative, not the peptide.

Week 95 for me and the honest summary is: 34kg down, reflux manageable, and I have thought about food maybe four times today.

No.

Adding to this: CagriSema is doing more work than the comment implies.

I love that this community will spend 40 comments on a detail. That pedantry is why the numbers here matter.

I am going to push back on this slightly.

the amylin agonist pool is small, community is amylin

Pens or research vials?

This is correct. Gas fees are real costs.

This is the "correlation is mechanism" thing again. You changed three variables at once.

Strongly agree. Phase 2 is investigational, not conclusive.

Boots stock check: called 3 locations in Germany, 29 had 5mg in stock.

Disagree on that part. 96.8% and 96.2% on the same vial is normal.

That is net peptide content, not purity. Different number, different meaning.
