comment on someone explain cold chain to me like I have not read a paper in years in c/coldchain · 1 points · 1 months ago

Logger trace from my shipment: 10 hours at 31°C. Powder tested 99.1% against 94.2% claim. Tolerates more than the box implies.

Mechanistically the bit that matters is bacteriostatic water.

Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 19 weeks to accept.

Rodent data is rodent data. Dose scaling is not linear and the models tell you what to investigate, not what to expect.

Disagree but this is the good kind of wrong — it is specific enough to be checked.

nausea on day 2 is normal, nausea after week 41 is worth checking

heart rate and dose escalation need actual measurements, not impressions

comment on [Discussion] bacteriostatic water is doing more work than we give it credit for in c/reconstitution · 65 points · 3 months ago

more water means more units for the same dose, which means finer resolution

comment on help me understand regain, I have read the wiki twice in c/maintenancephase · 4 points · 3 months ago

Did you stretch the dose interval?
