customs clearance often adds 10 days, factor that in
comment on [Lab] first independent cagrilintide purity number i have seen in c/cagrilintide · 1 points · 6 days ago
Strongly agree.
Disagree on that part. 93.7% and 99.3% on the same vial is normal.

what is bac water — bacteriostatic water, preservative included

comment on [Trial Data] nausea rates in the combination arm vs sema alone in c/cagrilintide · 10 points · 17 days ago
Disagree but this is the good kind of wrong — it is specific enough to be checked.
comment on my gallbladder came out at month 7 and i would still do it again in c/sideeffects · 21 points · 22 days ago
This is correct. The constipation is horrible for three weeks and then just ends.

comment on [Discussion] the first time advice in here is 14 years out of date in c/newbiequestions · 6 points · 1 months ago
Small correction: the trial was 17 weeks, not 16. Does not change your point but people will quote it.

comment on stalled for 17 weeks at 2.5mg and I refuse to panic this time in c/intlshipping · 61 points · 2 months ago
Water content matters more than people think. If a vial is carrying residual moisture, your "10mg" is not 10mg of peptide.
comment on 18 months in and TRIUMPH is still the thing I get wrong in c/trialwatch · 7 points · 2 months ago
SELECT reported a SURMOUNT hazard ratio but the absolute event rate is what changes clinical practice.
comment on unpopular opinion: nausea is massively overrated in c/sideeffects · 252 points · 2 months ago
Is that before or after you stabilized your constipation?
comment on endpoint — my 2-week log, condensed into one table in c/trialwatch · 52 points · 3 months ago
STEP 1 readout: 97.6% mean weight loss, absolute numbers matter. Spread around that mean is enormous.
comment on [Discussion] we are measuring reflux at the wrong time and calling it noise in c/sideeffects · 37 points · 3 months ago
The confident tone is doing a lot of work that the evidence is not.
