This is correct. Triple agonism is genuinely different.
comment on [Discussion] can we stop arguing about Zepbound until somebody posts a number in c/tirzepatide · 0 points · 1 year ago
Edit to your parent would help — the concentration you quoted assumes one scenario and you have written another above it.
comment on does FLOW actually matter or is it forum lore at this point in c/trialwatch · 4 points · 1 year ago
the relative risk reduction in headlines is not the whole story
comment on triple agonist — 9 things I got wrong before I got it right in c/retatrutide · -7 points · 1 year ago
retatrutide is not approved anywhere for human use, posts must not read as instructions
comment on [PSA] what went wrong is not what most of this community thinks it is in c/darkspot · 1 points · 1 year ago
Maintenance for 5 months now. Weight moves within about 3kg and the dose is a quarter of what it peaked at.
comment on [Discussion] the endpoint advice in here is 5 years out of date in c/trialwatch · 356 points · 1 year ago
Phase 2 TRIUMPH looked amazing. Phase 3 trials are harder. Do not anchor on phase 2 readouts.

comment on dose escalation: what the trials say vs what this community says in c/retatrutide · 3 points · 1 year ago
Dose escalation on retatrutide is steeper and faster than on semaglutide. Do not assume the titration patterns transfer.

Hard agree. The food noise disappears differently on the two compounds.
comment on dose escalation: the version I wish someone had shown me in week 1 in c/retatrutide · 24 points · 1 year ago
Strongly agree. Heart rate escalation needs the actual data, not impressions.

failures, regrets, things that went wrong

tests that came back 95.1%
comment on [Results] 32 weeks, 31kg, and pharmacology was the hard part in c/glp1science · 12 points · 1 year ago
Mechanistically the bit that matters is gastric emptying.
Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.
comment on switched from 12.5mg to 0.5mg and the reflux got better, not worse in c/glp1uk · 154 points · 1 year ago
Disagree. What you are describing is consistent with UK, not with what you concluded.
comment on what would you tell week-1 you about regret in c/darkspot · 101 points · 1 year ago
Second this question. I have wondered about lost money for 16 months and never seen a straight answer.
comment on [Question] GIP — what am I missing here in c/tirzepatide · 51 points · 1 year ago
Cosigning. The GIP contribution is real and the side effects are not simply scaled versions.

Are you quoting phase 2 or is there phase 3 data now?

do not crack the pen, we have been over this
comment on gastric emptying — my 18-week log, condensed into one table in c/glp1science · 199 points · 2 years ago
Strongly agree. Central appetite is real but people overstate it.
comment on [Vendor] WXT order #17 — the Netherlands, 9 days, no drama, receipts inside in c/glp1uk · 210 points · 2 years ago
Crossposting this to c/sideeffects because the people who need it are not reading this community.
