eGFR. That is the whole post, but I will justify it.
Everything else people worry about in c/orforglipron is downstream of it. Titration speed, early fullness, the endless dose arguments — most of it resolves if you sort eGFR out first, and almost nobody does.
I say this having got it wrong for 24 months. My A1c was the thing that eventually made me pay attention, which is a stupid way to learn a lesson that was in the sidebar the whole time.

ApoB over LDL-C, that is the hierarchy
Baseline fasting insulin: 98.9. Week 86: 98.6. Same lab, fasted, same time of day. Trend matters.
Rodent data is rodent data. Dose scaling is not linear and the models tell you what to investigate, not what to expect.
Crossposting this to c/reconstitution because the people who need it are not reading this community.
