[Results] 2 weeks, 11kg, and glucagon was the hard part

Results Clean Column ×5

Genuinely asking, not being difficult.

Everyone in c/glp1uk repeats that dose escalation is important. I believe it, but I have never seen anyone show why, and when I search I get 21 threads of people agreeing with each other.

Is there a paper? Is there a measurement? Or is this one of those things that is true because it has been repeated since 2023?

I am not trying to be the "source?" guy. I would just like a source.

Respectfully this is a sample of one presented as a finding.

triple agonism is phase 2, do not generalise

This is correct. Triple agonism is genuinely different.

Small correction: the trial was 16 weeks, not 12. Does not change your point but people will quote it.

triple agonism plus glucagon is a different physiological state than GIP/GLP-1 dual

Yeah, phase 2 retatrutide is interesting but it is not comparable to phase 3 compounds.

TRIUMPH data is phase 2, not phase 3, smaller n and shorter

Did you actually measure heart rate or is that a feeling?

the 1.7mg arm is different from 1.0mg, results do not transfer

the weight curves are unusually steep, which makes predicting individual response harder

This is the "correlation is mechanism" thing again. You changed three variables at once.

About c/retatrutide

Retatrutide: GIP/GLP-1/glucagon triple agonism, the TRIUMPH programme, and the fact that most people discussing it are handling research-grade material with no human-use approval anywhere. Dose-response, heart-rate signal, and the unusually steep phase-2 weight curves get argued about here weekly.
