Week 17 update. 13kg down from the start, muscle cramps basically gone since about week 69. Things that worked: consistency, protein at breakfast, walking more than I want to. Not to be pedantic but survodutide and biopsy are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.

Maintenance for 17 months now. Weight moves within about 3kg and the dose is a quarter of what it peaked at.
