Stomach physiology changed when I moved up to 10mg. Gastric emptying lag is the whole story.

The half-life is 6 hours, which means week 6 is genuinely still ramp-up. Week 37 is steady state.

Rodent data is rodent data. Dose scaling is not linear and the models tell you what to investigate, not what to expect.

Mechanistically the bit that matters is SURMOUNT. It explains most of the early profile and a decent chunk of the outcome.
