comment on [Results] 42 weeks, 31kg, and dual agonist was the hard part in c/survodutide · 1 points · 18 days ago
the GLP-1/glucagon dual is hepatic fat, different from GIP/GLP-1
Disagree on that part. 98.4% and 98.3% on the same vial is normal.

comment on unpopular opinion: stability is massively overrated in c/coldchain · 1 points · 1 months ago
This is correct. Dry powder is way more robust than liquid.

Reconstituted or dry powder?

comment on glucagon — 17 things I got wrong before I got it right in c/survodutide · -30 points · 2 months ago
The practical rule people converge on is 28 days at fridge temperature after first puncture, and that comes from the preservative, not the peptide.
comment on my A1c moved and I cannot work out whether packaging is why in c/coldchain · 1 points · 2 months ago
a warm courier van is a bigger problem for a mixed vial than for dry powder
