[Results] 42 weeks, 31kg, and dual agonist was the hard part

Caution

Quick one. Canada here.

MASH works very differently where I live than in the threads that dominate the front page, and I keep seeing people confidently given advice that simply does not apply outside the US.

Specifics: the route I used took 15 weeks and cost roughly what I expected. The admin was worse than the cost. The thing that would have saved me the most time was knowing which document to ask for at the start.

Happy to answer questions from anyone in the same jurisdiction.

Yeah, glucagon co-agonism is genuinely different.

Sceptical. If this were true we would see it reflected in the data and we do not.

the safety profile is not just tirzepatide amplified

Strongly agree. The safety story is separate.

Hepatic fat or MASH or what?

Came off after 26 weeks for financial reasons. Regained about a third over the following year. Back on now at a much lower dose.

Respectfully this is a sample of one presented as a finding.

MASH claims need the trial and the biopsy endpoint

the GLP-1/glucagon dual is hepatic fat, different from GIP/GLP-1

Disagree on that part. 98.4% and 98.3% on the same vial is normal.

Removed a chain here. The rule is one line long and it is not negotiable.
