comment on anyone actually tracked their own sides before/after switching to a split schedule in c/semaglutide · 97 points · 3 days ago
tracked mine for about 10 weeks pre-split and 10 weeks post. bad-GI-day frequency went from roughly 3/10 to roughly 2/10 weeks, which is a small enough difference that I genuinely don't trust it's the split and not just time-since-starting doing its normal thing.

The injection-site soreness passes. I kept a log and the timeline was the only useful thing. 14 weeks and it was basically gone.

Not to be pedantic but regain and lowest effective dose are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.

no dose recommendations for individuals, even here
Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 79 weeks to accept.
comment on [Question] my TSH moved 0.4. is that anything. in c/bloodwork · 70 points · 12 days ago
The practical rule people converge on is 28 days at fridge temperature after first puncture, and that comes from the preservative, not the peptide.
