comment on glucagon vs TRIUMPH — genuinely asking which matters more in c/retatrutide · 51 points · 3 months ago

TRIUMPH data is phase 2, not phase 3, smaller n and shorter

comment on help me understand glucagon, I have read the wiki twice in c/retatrutide · 17 points · 3 months ago

triple agonism plus glucagon is a different physiological state than GIP/GLP-1 dual

comment on my hs-CRP moved and I cannot work out whether network is why in c/cryptopay · 1 points · 4 months ago

This is correct. Gas fees are real costs.

comment on [Lab] SSA reta — Medutest came back 97.4% against a claimed 96.2% in c/retatrutide · 0 points · 4 months ago

Slight fix: the number was 99.0, not 98.9. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.

the milestone milestone is worth posting

comment on Denmark: phase 2, and what it actually costs here in c/retatrutide · -4 points · 4 months ago

triple agonism is triple agonist, do not generalise

comment on USDC: the version I wish someone had shown me in week 1 in c/cryptopay · 55 points · 5 months ago

The confident tone is doing a lot of work that the evidence is not.

Adding to this: crypto is doing more work than the comment implies.

comment on [Question] New Zealand — has anyone got a straight answer on glycaemic control in c/t2dglp1 · 40 points · 5 months ago

This is correct. Hypo risk is real.

comment on [Lab] 16th independent test on QSC, and the trend is the interesting part in c/retatrutide · 274 points · 6 months ago

Strongly agree. Heart rate escalation needs the actual data, not impressions.

text removes the comparison trap

comment on anyone else notice hypoglycaemia kicking in around week 40 in c/t2dglp1 · 12 points · 7 months ago

Has anyone actually got this in writing, or is it forum lore at this point?

permalink

comment on someone explain non-scale victory to me like I have not read a paper in years in c/progresspics · 25 points · 7 months ago

Yeah, text-only removes the comparison.

permalink

comment on small win: triple agonist stopped being a problem at week 61 in c/retatrutide · 341 points · 8 months ago

Strongly agree. Heart rate escalation needs the actual data, not impressions.

comment on [Question] triple agonist — what am I missing here in c/retatrutide · 66 points · 10 months ago

Three years on this site and the questions have not changed at all. Which is depressing or reassuring depending on the day.

permalink

comment on genuine question about gas fees that I am slightly embarrassed to ask in c/cryptopay · 17 points · 10 months ago

What was the gas and did it matter?

permalink

comment on does CGM actually matter or is it forum lore at this point in c/t2dglp1 · 29 points · 1 year ago

CGM traces tell a story, numbers alone do not

Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 67 weeks to accept.

comment on [Discussion] can we stop arguing about phase 2 until somebody posts a number in c/retatrutide · 6 points · 1 year ago

This is correct. Triple agonism is genuinely different.

comment on [Discussion] can we stop arguing about phase 2 until somebody posts a number in c/retatrutide · 11 points · 1 year ago

Yeah, phase 2 retatrutide is interesting but it is not comparable to phase 3 compounds.
