anyone else notice survodutide kicking in around week 9
dual agonist. That is the whole post, but I will justify it.
Everything else people worry about in c/meta is downstream of it. Titration speed, reflux, the endless dose arguments — most of it resolves if you sort dual agonist out first, and almost nobody does.
I say this having got it wrong for 19 months. My fasting insulin was the thing that eventually made me pay attention, which is a stupid way to learn a lesson that was in the sidebar the whole time.

Edit to your parent would help — the concentration you quoted assumes one scenario and you have written another above it.
Every time this gets posted it hits the front page and every time someone has to re-explain it.
My version of this: I was so worried about the injection that I put it off for eleven days. The injection is the easiest part.
The thing nobody prepared me for was the quiet. Not the appetite, the quiet. The constant negotiation in my head about food just stopped.
the heart rate signal is real in the data

Week 49 for me and the honest summary is: 17kg down, nausea manageable, and I have thought about food maybe four times today.
glucagon injection is a different vector than GLP-1
I am going to push back on this slightly.
Half-life is about 168 hours, so steady state lands around week 4–5. Practical consequence: what you feel in week 1 is not what that dose does.
rodent dual agonist is investigation only
Mechanistically the bit that matters is MASH. It explains most of the early profile and a decent chunk of the outcome.
the GLP-1/glucagon dual is hepatic fat, different from GIP/GLP-1
This is an urgent-care question wearing a forum question's clothes. Please contact a clinician rather than waiting for replies.

Hepatic fat or MASH or what?
the heart rate signal is real in the data
hepatic fat and survodutide are the story
Sceptical. If this were true we would see it reflected in the data and we do not.
do not generalise from tirzepatide
Strongly agree. The safety story is separate.
