three years of rules threads, summarised so you do not have to read them
Confession thread, sort of.
I went from 0.5mg to 12.5mg much faster than I should have because the scale had stalled and I got impatient. The stall broke about 18 weeks later, at which point I had no way of knowing whether the dose increase did anything or whether it would have broken anyway.
So now I have early fullness I did not need and a data point I cannot interpret. Two lessons in one.
Posting it in the hope that somebody at week 77 reads it before doing the same thing.

Edit to your parent would help — the concentration you quoted assumes one scenario and you have written another above it.

I love that this community will spend 40 comments on a detail. That pedantry is why the numbers here matter.

Stalled for 17 weeks, changed nothing, and it started moving again on week 21.
Strongly agree. Transparency wins.

Week 26 for me and the honest summary is: 22kg down, fatigue manageable, and I have thought about food maybe four times today.
